UGC Content
The foundation of our strategy was built on creating authentic and transparent review style UGC content that would be used to deploy in paid advertising channels. Before content production, it was crucial to hand pick a group of creators that best resonated with cardsync's brand and target audience.
We then progressed with crafting conversion-focused content that highlighted the pain biggest points people encounter when using traditional business cards leading with benefit driven scripts that spoke to their ICP.
Creative testing Process
We needed to implement a process to create & iterate on best performing creatives, fast! The account had no creative testing history.
We stepped in and immediately implemented a creative testing process to iterate on:
→ Opening hooks
→ Visual styles (statics, videos, carousels, gifs)
→ Offers
→ UGC creators
A robust creative testing system allowed us to increase hook rates, decrease NCAC and find winning ads efficiently.
Acquisition & Creative Targeting
Our strategy for new customer acquisition was simple. Drive targeted traffic towards cardsync's top performing collections through Paid Social channels (Meta/TikTok). We turned to broad targeting with dynamic ads and Advantage+ campaigns, letting the creative itself serve as the targeting. With sharp hooks and a tailored approach to their ideal avatar, we cut through the noise and scaled aggressively while maintaining healthy MER targets.
The results drivers in terms of funnel structure were:
→ Moving away from interest targeting and LAL’s into Broad targeting in TOF campaigns
→ Sufficient budget in retargeting campaigns (BOF) with constant monitoring of frequency
→ Repeatable content production system
